Philip B. has not only been embraced by the beauty world for years, but is now being noticed by the medical community for his wondrous results. In February 2001, Philip B. opened the first dermatological scalp and hair treatment center in the world, together with Dr. Ava Shamban, a Harvard graduate, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Philip moved to Los Angeles in 1984 to pursue his vision. Having settled in this inspirational mecca, he quickly built a solid clientele primarily in the entertainment industry, who were faithful to his hair talent and scalp treatments. Philip soon noticed how the demands of this glamourous industry, and city life styles stressed the hair with chemicals, heat, and environmental exposure; so better care became his number one priority.
